At Rosaria Farms, we want you to love every part of your experience with us — from planting to blooming. While our products are carefully inspected and packaged, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please read our policy below before making a return request.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened (original packaging intact)

  • Not damaged or tampered with

  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery confirmation

⚠️ For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened seed packs are non-returnable.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used seed packets

  • Digital products (eBooks)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Orders where the customer entered the wrong shipping address


💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will notify you by email.

  2. You must ship the item back at your own cost.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will only be issued after we have received the returned items.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing or refunding your order as needed.

To initiate a return, please:

  • Fill out the contact form with your order number and reason for return

  • Our support team will respond within 48 hours with next steps


ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • Rosaria Farms is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer (please check your local delivery point).

  • Bonus digital items (eBooks) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
